Bahamut Toy Foam Dart Flycore Blaster

These are the digital .STL files to 3D Print the shell for a BAHAMUT toy foam dart blaster.

The BAHAMUT is a toy foam dart blaster powered by the Flycore system from OldFusionDesigns. Bahamut was designed around the GEARCORE Flycore variant which uses a manual rack and pinion geared pusher.

Named for the gigantic fish of middle eastern folklore who acts as the foundation of the world, the Bahamut is a straight talon Gearcore and Flycore flywheel blaster that supports Micro & Mini flywheels. It can utilize any flywheels from Worker Nightingale wheels at 19.5mm crush up to Pulsar flywheels at 33.5mm crush.

NOTE: This is a FLYCORE blaster. You will need to download, print, assemble, and wire the proper Flycore files from OldFusionDesigns to complete this blaster.

Building this blaster requires knowledge of circuits and soldering. It is NOT recommended for beginners.

REQUIRED HARDWARE (NOT including Flycore/Gearcore hardware)

• 8-12 heat set inserts (standard size, m3 x 5mmOD x ~4-6mmL) (2 optional heat sets in each side for attachments)
• 10-14 m3 x 8mm screws
• 1 m3x8mm thumbscrew
• 2 m3 x 16mm screws (for mag release)
• 1 Trigger return spring (I use 5mm x 0.5mm x 25mm)
• Tiny bit of filament to act as a pin for the pusher roller

Electronics

• 2 130 Hobby Motors
• 1 Omron style 15/21 amp microswitches (without lever)

Each purchase of these files entitles the buyer to unlimited prints for your personal use OR ONE SOLD SET OF PRINTS OR COMPLETED BLASTER. Additional sales require additional purchases of the files. If you would like to produce these commercially you must contact me to discuss a licensing agreement.
