  • Assembly and troubleshooting videos (links inside Instructions.pdf)
  • LB32 pre-primed cartridge model files

Key Features

  • Single-shot, single-chamber shell-accepting action for quick, tactile reloads.
  • Very compact footprint — designed for small prints and easy carry or storage.
  • Extremely low hardware requirements — parts assemble without metal springs or specialty fasteners.
  • Blaster itself requires only office rubber bands; cartridges require exercise (resistance) bands (~1 mm thickness) for power.
  • Mega-sized 95×20 mm foam darts reach around 60 FPS with recommended bands.
  • Simple hammer + trigger interface — pulling the trigger releases the hammer; operating the hammer also opens the chamber for easy loading.
  • Fully 3D printable in PLA and designed for glue-free assembly.

Non-3D Printed Materials Needed

  • Office rubber bands (small, for blaster hammer, trigger and chamber locking mechanism)
  • Exercise (resistance) bands (~1 mm thickness) for cartridge power
  • Plastic-safe lubricant for smoother moving parts
  • Mega-sized 95×20 mm foam darts
