Floki: Fully Mechanical Shell-Ejecting Foam Dart Blaster
3D printable toy foam dart blaster designed for cosplay and realistic play.
Due to its futuristic and “game-like” design, it is ideal for costume builds and events.
If your state law requires, print the blaster (especially the barrel) in bright colors such as orange.

Important Notes:

• Files only — this is a digital product, not a physical blaster
• Uses the same cartridges as Scully V2
• Reflex Sight and Drum Mag mods for Scully V2 are not compatible with Floki

This product includes:

• STL files for 3D printing
• Printing instructions (.jpeg format inside ZIP)
• Assembly and troubleshooting videos (links in “Instructions.pdf”)

Blaster Features

• Compatible with standard half-length foam darts
• Fully mechanical — no batteries or electronics
• Each cartridge contains the energy needed for shell ejection
• Recommended to use resistance bands for optimal dart propulsion

Non-3D Printed Materials Needed

• Office rubber bands
• Plastic-friendly oil
• Foam darts

Recommended Tools

• Stencil knife
• Sandpaper
• Pliers
• Screwdriver
• Scissors
• 5mm Allen key
• Weight scales (for tuning rubber bands if needed)

Printer Requirements

• Minimum bed size: 200mm x 200mm x 200mm
• FDM printer (resin is too weak)
• Standard quality PLA is recommended
• Avoid weak adhesion filaments (e.g., Matte PLA, Silk PLA)

License (Once Purchased)

• Unlimited personal use
• Allowed to make copies for friends and family (no financial gain)
• Allowed to make one commercial sale of the printed product per digital file purchase
• Not allowed to modify the digital files
• Not allowed to redistribute the digital files
