Longshot Pusher Breech Kit

These are digital files for a Longshot pusher breech kit which turns a stock Longshot into a high power blaster capable of firing half length darts.

Features:

• Option of using 17/32 brass or aluminium barrels
• Performance is around 170-180fps with a 9kg Longshot spring
• Uses a “skinny” breech to allow swapping magazines with the breech closed
• Pusher has a slope on the base to make feeding darts a lot smoother
• Upgraded catch to make catching more reliable with higher spring loads
• Parts to permanently keep the stock in the extended position
• Magwell shims to fix loose magazine problems
• Lots of parts to reinforce the blaster’s weak points

Additional materials required:

• 9/14/18kg Longshot spring plus catch spring (such as the one from worker)
• Metal Longshot bolt sled (not needed with 9kg spring)
• Longshot pump grip (recommended)
• (brass version) 30-37cm length of 17/32 inch K&S brand brass depending on spring used
• (brass version) 10.5mm length of 1/2 inch K&S brand brass
• (aluminium version) 30-40cm length of 13mm ID, 16mm OD aluminium barrel depending on spring used
• (aluminium version) 10mm OD, 6mm ID, 2mm cross section pusher o-ring
• Tighter or looser aluminium barrels will work with different pusher o-rings
• One of these 2 pusher base o-rings:
• 1-1/8ths ID, 1-3/8ths OD, 1/8ths inch cross section o-ring
• 28mm ID, 35mm OD, 3.5mm cross section o-ring

NOTE: Pump grip files (pictured) aren’t included. Kit was designed around worker straight talon magazines and adapters. I cannot guarantee it will be compatible with other half dart magazine types.
