Bastion: Fully Mechanical Full-Auto Foam Dart Blaster
Low hardware build: only requires rubber bands, resistance bands, and silicone oil — nothing else.
I’ve been working on this one for a while, and it’s probably the most refined system I’ve made so far. It runs on the new X-Gen mechanism with a counter-slide, which makes a huge difference in reliability and how smooth it feels when firing.
The cartridges are pre-primed and drive the entire blowback system, while the dart is powered by resistance bands, giving it a unique feel compared to anything else out there.
It fires 92x19mm foam darts at around 55–65 FPS, and yes — it’s full auto.
If your state law requires, print the blaster (especially the front end) in bright colors such as orange.
Important Notes
- Files only — this is a digital product, not a physical blaster
- Uses LB-X cartridges only — NOT compatible with Scully or Floki cartridges and magazines
- Ensure correct band setup — improper tuning may affect performance or reliability

Printer Requirements

- PLA supported, PETG recommended for some parts
- Avoid weak adhesion filaments
