These are digital files for a Deploy direct plunger pusher breech kit which turns a stock Deploy into a high power blaster capable of firing half length darts.
Features:
- Converts the Deploy from reverse plunger to direct plunger
- Option of using 17/32 brass or aluminium barrels
- Performance is around 120-130fps with a 7kg Retaliator spring
- Uses a “skinny” breech to allow swapping magazines with the breech closed
- Includes 10mm and 20mm spring spacers for extra performance
- Uses a standard size worker Retaliator/Prophecy plunger tube
- Pusher has a slope on the base to make feeding darts a lot smoother
- Includes parts to fix or reinforce the magwell rotation piece
- Includes a replacement dart holder insert sized for half length darts
- Option between two different replacement triggers
Additional materials required:
- 2X M3x8mm screws (must be button head not cap head)
- 1X M3 hex nut
- Worker Retaliator/Prophecy plunger tube assembly
- 5kg or 7kg Retaliator upgrade spring
- (brass version) 8-9cm length of 17/32 inch K&S brand brass depending on spring used
- (brass version) 10.5mm length of 1/2 inch K&S brand brass
- (aluminium version) 10-12cm length of 13mm ID, 16mm OD aluminium barrel depending on spring used
- (aluminium version) 10mm OD, 6mm ID, 2mm cross section o-ring
- Tighter or looser aluminium barrels will work with different pusher o-rings
- Optional (for plunger tube): 25mm OD, 19mm ID, 3mm cross section o-ring
NOTE: Kit was designed around worker straight talon magazines and adapters. The original dart zone magazine adapters won’t work because the magazine is positioned too far back. Consider using the printed worker adapter clone on my shop.
DISCLAIMER: This kit takes a very long time to install, with the installation guide being over 100 steps long. If you follow the instructions carefully then you shouldn’t run into any issues. Feel free to message me if you have any questions during the installation.
