Accu-Nub PCAR – Blaster-Specific BUNDLE – Digital .STL Files – Toy Foam Dart Blaster Accessory

5.00

These are the digital .STL files to 3D print an Accu-Nub PCAR for the following blasters:
Gameface Trion
Dart Zone Pro Mk2.1
XShot Longshot
Dart Zone/Adventure Force Nexus Pro/Aeon Pro/Tomcat
Dart Zone Max Outlaw

The Accu-Nub PCAR is a fully 3D printed rifled muzzle for foam dart blasters. The “Tetra-Twist” rifling combines 4 constant points of contact to center darts and apply spin to them as they leave the barrel of a blaster, improving accuracy, while the shortened contact area reduces fps loss. Most included versions of the Accu-Nub friction fits into the muzzle of their respective blaster, while the Trion Accu-Nub utilizes the Gameface Trion’s locking muzzle retention feature.

VARIANTS:
1. Accu-Nub DZAF: The DZAF version of the Accu-Nub friction fits into the muzzle of standard Dart Zone Max & Adventure Force Pro blasters like the Nexus Pro, Aeon Pro, & Max Stryker. Does not fit the Dart Zone Max Tomcat due to shell design of the blaster. Single printed piece. NOT TESTED with newer Pro series blasters like the Nexus & Aeon Pro X.

2. Accu-Nub DZAF Micro: The Micro DZAF version of the Accu-Nub is a slimmed down version of the standard Accu-Nub DZAF. This one fits everything the normal DZAF version does AND the Dart Zone Max Tomcat.

3. The Trion version of the Accu-Nub uses the Trion’s muzzle threads and locking retention nubs, just like the stock Trion muzzle.

4. The XLS version of the Accu-Nub is very similar to the DZAF Micro version, but resized to fit into the muzzle of the XShot Longshot

5. The DZ Max Outlaw version of the Accu-Nub is very similar to the DZAF Micro & XLS versions, but resized to fit into the muzzle of the DZ Max Outlaw
IMPORTANT NOTES for the Outlaw version:
It is highly recommended to use fresh darts with this Accu-Nub. Due to the nature of the DZMax Outlaw’s moving barrel, this blaster paired with any muzzle device is particularly susceptible to worn darts having higher fps variations, however when using new darts (tested with both DZMax and Worker Gen3+) testers saw a 10-15fps drop but with much more consistent fps spread than without the PCAR attached.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this with the Dart Zone downgrade spring. It still works, but it lowers fps much lower and I noticed more fps variance.

ACCU-NUB DZAF (and DZAF Micro), DZP Mk2.1, XLS, & DZMAX OUTLAW INSTALLATION:
1. Push the Accu-Nub into the muzzle of the blaster until it bottoms out against the barrel.
2. See step 1.

ACCU-NUB TRION INSTALLATION:
1. Place the Accu-Nub over the threads of the Trion muzzle
2. Twist the same as you would with the stock Trion muzzle until you feel the retention nubs click into place.

PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS & ALTERNATIVE FILES FOR PRINTER TOLERANCES:
I recommend printing at a standard 0.2mm layer height or smaller. No supports necessary. File should be oriented for proper printing (muzzle facing down).
For all versions besides the Trion, in addition to the standard Accu-Nub file, there is an “Alternative Fit Files” sub-folders containing with optional “Tight”, “Loose”, and “Loosest” files to account for printers which print circles smaller (like some Prusas for example) and filaments which print wider or “rougher” than others. Start with the normal file; if it is too loose print the “Tight” file; if it is too tight for the blaster print the “Loose” or “Loosest” file. Do not try to force the Accu-Nub into the blaster if it is too tight unless you are comfortable with prying it out with a flathead screwdriver or pliers.
